helpful staff delicious yogurts complimentary refreshments
The location was great near the metro stations. Red and green lines. the staff were really helpful, especially damien. he kindly stored our suitcases for two days while we hiked. the homemade yogurts at breakfast were a must-try. the lobby offered complimentary refreshments and snacks each day

inadequate room dust accumulation
the breakfast was acceptable, with a basic selection of items.
The room size was inadequate for the price paid. It felt cramped. the air conditioning malfunctioned, causing discomfort during the night. i also noticed some dust accumulation in the corners of the room.

small room uncomfortable pillows
the staff was friendly.
The room i was given was quite small. It felt cramped. the pillows were also terribly uncomfortable, i really did not sleep well and the minibar prices were higher than expected, i felt a bit ripped off. i really expected more.

the quadruple family room included a kettle. the bathroom was also large. the included breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!!

A Somewhat Okay Stay
small room street noise
The included breakfast was acceptable, it gave me fuel for exploring.
I found problems. The room size was a joke, it reminded me of a closet. The noise from the street kept me awake, it sounded like a permanent traffic jam outside my window. It really affected my rest.
